All requests for time off need to be submitted to Management at least 6 weeks prior to anticipated time off. It is understood that your request for time off is subject to Management approval.
All time-off requests will be considered on a first requested, first approved basis. Time off and approval of changes in availability depends on staffing coverage, team commitments being met and overall business operations being maintained during the employment absence.
Please note, if you choose the Vacation Day request type, these days will be subtracted from your vacation time. If you are requesting vacation that is in excess of your allotted time, please choose Personal Day.
