CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand guests occasionally need to change or cancel their appointment. Should you need to do so, we require 24 hours notice otherwise your deposit will be non-refundable and will go towards your missed appointment.

First time colour guests and first time guests in our spa (services over $100). We require a $100 deposit to reserve an appointment time. This deposit will be applied to your first service.

Cancellations made outside the 24 hours, the deposit will be refunded, or if you wish, applied to your next visit.
