CANCELLATION POLICY

At BRIO SalonSpa, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all our guests, the following cancellation policy applies to all appointments and deposits:

Deposits:

  • First-Time Color Appointments:
    • Basic Color: $100 deposit
    • Custom Color: $150 deposit
  • Spa Packages (One Person): $100 deposit
  • Spa Parties (3 or More People):
    • One Service: $100 deposit per person
    • Two Services: $200 deposit per person
    • Three or More Services: $300 deposit per person

Cancellation Terms:

  • More Than 24 Hours Notice: Full refund of the deposit.
  • Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Deposit is forfeited. For same-day cancellations, full payment will be required before rebooking.

Regular Appointments:

  • If a regular appointment is canceled within 24 hours or less, a $100 deposit or 50% of the service cost (whichever is higher) will be required for the next appointment.
  • If an appointment is canceled on the same day, the next appointment must be paid in full prior to booking.

Waiving the Policy:

  • We understand life can be unpredictable. In certain circumstances, we may waive the cancellation policy as necessary.

How to Pay Your Deposit: Deposits can be paid by credit card over the phone or via e-transfer to hair@briosalon.ca.
