Ayurvedic Massage*

Ayurvedic massage, or abhyanga, is different to the usual Swedish, deep tissue or sports massage. As such, you should not expect the service provider to apply a deep pressure to break down the ‘knots’. Rather, the main focus of this massage treatment is to balance out doshas and achieve relaxation.
