Ayurvedic massage, or abhyanga, is different to the usual Swedish, deep tissue or sports massage. As such, you should not expect the service provider to apply a deep pressure to break down the ‘knots’. Rather, the main focus of this massage treatment is to balance out doshas and achieve relaxation.
Abhyanga combines special techniques with essential oils and focuses on the manipulation of the skin as well as the specific energy points.

Instead of the traditional paraffin wax, we offer a more environmentally conscious lavender lotion treatment that will provide you with the same benefits, while maintaining our commitment to the environment. Pedicure include a solid colour nail polish application, If you want any type of design (including french) a nail art add on must be booked.
